First Alumni Award Print

The Dixon Public School District will be announcing President Ronald Reagan as their first DHS Distinguished Alumni recipient in July at the 2nd Annual DHS Alumni Picnic.

The Distinguished Alumni Award is a program developed to honor DHS alumni significant contributions/accomplishments in any of the following areas: the arts, science and technology, schools and community, academic enrichment, or the nominee’s field of work. 

At the Alumni Picnic, nomination forms will be made available for one Outstanding Alumni and one Young Alumni (graduated between 2009-1989) to be awarded in 2011.

Distinguished Alumni Award

Dixon Public Schools will be honoring two Alumni at the end of the 2009-2010 school year.  Nominations for the Distinguished Alumni Award can be found on the district website and are due by Friday, March 26, 2010.  Two awards will be given, one to an Outstanding Alumni, and one to the Young Alumni (nominee must have graduated between 2009-1989).  

The nominees must show significant contributions/accomplishments in any of the following areas: the arts, science and technology, schools and community, academic enrichment, or the nominee's field of work.
